Located about 1/2 mile West of Hanging Rock on Rt.50 to Rt.11, then South 2 miles on Rt.11, this cemetery is about 1/2 mile West of the highway.

This cemetery is on the Pepper Farm owned at one time by Lincoln Cox of North River Rd. The Smith and Doran Cemetery is located on the farm.

Capt. Bartlett: died Jul 3, 1864; "J.D. Imboden's Comm." "Killed at Hanging Rock West VA".

Mary Wolford: born Jan 1, 1820; died May 11, 1858.
