The Keller Hotel in Romney, West Virginia, began as the Armstrong House. After the Civil War the Kellers bought it. It was later changed to the Century Hotel before it was sold in 1913 and then torn down to be replaced by the New Century Hotel which opened in 1915.
To view pages of the Hotel Register click on the date which is or just precedes the date you are searching for. For example if you want to see who registered on August 9th you would click on "Aug. 8" because that page includes August 8 to August 9th. If the word "cont." appears after the date it means that that date began on the preceding page. When the page appears with the black background your browser should show a magnifying icon to let you know that if you click on the page image it will enlarge. To return to this index page you must use the browser's back button.
