Thence N 47 E up and over top of said hill to, or near a large white oak

about 30 rods to the old Deaver line.. follow with the said "Deaver line"in

an easterly course to the top of North River Mountain near the "Raven

Rocks". Thence Following the crest of said Mt. in a southerly direction to

the foot of the gap to a large boulder in a drain on the north side of the

public road.  Thence N 60 W 22 rods and 10 links to the begining corner,

containing 22 acres or less."
